Requirements:

1.  Essay stating student's post-secondary intent and how football has affected their lives (minimum 1 page)

2. Amount of service or volunteer hours that have benefited others in the community.

3. Years played in Kamloops Community Football Society (minimum of 1 year needed).

4. Academic grades.
